Holiday Chocolate Fudge

12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate bits
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup candied cherries, coarsely chopped

Line a 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pan with waxed paper - let paper hang over sides slightly, butter lightly. In top of double boiler over hot, not boiling, water melt chocolate. Add condensed milk, nuts, and cherries - mix well. Turn into prepared pan. Refridgerate several hours or until firm. To turn out of pan - grasp paper and remove fudge in one big block. Hi Kenneth, I have been looking everywhere for a traditional christmas cookie punch recipe. My family has been searching for years, and can’t seem to find it anywhere. Isn’t it funny how important a simple Christmas Cookie Recipe can be? Well, if you hear of anything, please post. Happy Holidays!
