Nutmeg Cake Frosting

1 cup sugar
1/2 cup thick sour cream
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Mix all together, bring to a full boil for one minute, stirring constantly. Remove from fire, cool slightly, then beat till it thickens and becomes ivory cream in color. It usually takes about 15 minutes beating time. This makes enough for a 2 layer cake, top and center.
