Blue Cheese Meat Loaf
1 lb. ground chuck
2 envelopes instant beef broth
1 egg
1/4 cup tomato juice
1/4 dry bread crumbs
1/4 lb. blue cheese
Combine meat with 1 envelope beef broth, egg, tomato juice, bread crumbs, and cheese. Form into loaf and sprinkle remaining envelope of beef broth on top. Cook at 350 degrees until done - about 1 hour.
