Apple Dessert
Butter a pie tin and put in 2 cups apples, sliced. Cover with a batter made of:
1 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
pinch salt
enough sweet milk to make a thick batter or dough
Bake 20 minutes or until apples are tender. Serve hot with sugar, nutmeg, and milk.
