3 Egg Angel Cake
3 egg whites
1/2 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. cream tarter
pinch of salt
3/4 tsp. vanilla
(There is no soda in this cake)
Sift flour 4 times with cream of tarter. Beat egg whites stiff, add vanilla, beat again, fold in flour, sugar, and salt lightly. Bake in small angel cake tin for 40 minutes.
