Tomato Aspic
Sorry about the delay today - Blogger has been having tons of problems.
1 (3 oz) package lemon gelatin
3/4 cup boiling water
1 (10 3/4 oz) can tomato soup
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 cup chopped celery
3 Tbsp. chopped onion
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add soup and vinegar and stir until well blended. Chill until slightly thick but not set; add celery and onion. Chill till firm in individual molds. Unmold on salad greens.
