Creamed Eggs

12 hard boiled eggs
3 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 green pepper, chopped
2 Tbsp. butter
8 oz. can sliced mushrooms
2 cans mushroom soup
1 cup thin white sauce
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup milk
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. tabasco sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Saute onions and pepper in butter until tender. Add drained mushrooms. Mix in all remaining ingredients except eggs. Cut eggs in quarters and carefully fold into the mixture. This is better to mix the day before. It may then be heated in double boiler or casserole dish in a 350 degree oven. Serve on toast, rice, or chinese noodles.
