Crazy Cake

2 1/2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
6 heaping Tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. vinegar
10 Tbsp. oil

Blend cocoa, sugar, and flour well before adding liquid. Put all ingredients in a bowl and then pour 2 cups cold water over and mix well. Pour into an ungreased baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
