Brown Sugar Icing
1 cup brown sugar (packed solid)
1/4 cup water
2 Tbsp. cream
small piece of butter
Boil brown sugar and water until a drop forms a hard ball when dropped in cold water. Cool slightly and beat. Thin to right consistency with about 2 Tbsp. cream, beat. Add small piece of butter.
