Peanut Butter Frosting
Cream 6 Tbsp. butter, 1 cup brown sugar, and 2/3 cup peanut butter. Add 1/4 cup milk and stir well. Add 2/3 cup chopped peanuts. Spread over warm cake. Place under broiler about 4 inches from heat. Broil a few seconds until topping starts to bubble. Watch carefully. Keep golden.
