Liver Loaf

2 lbs. ground pork liver
2 eggs
3 tsp. salt
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 cup evaporated milk
2 cup bread crumbs

Combine all ingredients, mix well. Pack firmly into greased loaf pan. Bake in a moderate oven of 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
