Marinated Carrots

5 cups carrots, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 medium onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 can tomato soup
1/2 cup salad oil
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup vinegar
1 tsp. salt
dash pepper
1 tsp. prepared mustard

Cook carrots just until tender. Cool. Combine all ingredients. Marinate for at least 12 hours. Drain and serve.
