Horseradish Butter on Corn

8 ears corn
1 cup butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. parsley
2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. prepared horseradish

Husk corn. Mix remaining ingredients and spread evenly over the ears of corn. Wrap each ear in foil and bake at 425 degrees for about 30 - 35 minutes.

This butter mix can also be used on boiled corn.
