Fried Potatoes

In skillet fry 8 slices of bacon that have been cut up until crisp. Revome with a slotted spoon.

Into large bowl coarsely shred 4 medium potatoes that have been peeled, stir in 1 cup shredded swiss cheese, 1 egg, 2 Tbsp. minced green onion, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a dash of pepper. Drop into hot grease and fry 8 to 10 min. until browned, turning once.
