Irish Potatoes
1 lb. powdered sugar
4 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. milk
as much coconut as you want
cinnamon
Mix thoroughly with wooden spoon all ingredients except cinnamon. Roll into balls. Then roll in cinnamon. Refrigerate.
