Orange Frosting

2 cups confectioners' sugar
grated rind of 1/2 orange
enough orange juice to moisten sugar
1 egg yolk
2 Tbsp. butter

Mix sugar, grated orange and juice together, then add egg yolk and melted butter. Beat all together, having mixture just stiff enough to spread.
