Turnips & Cheese

Pare, slice, cook, and drain 1 1/2 lbs. turnips. Melt 2 Tbsp. oleo, blend in 2 Tbsp. flour, salt and pepper to taste. Add 1 cup milk. Stir in 1/2 cup sharp cheese. Pour over turnips and bake 15 to 20 minutes in 350 degree oven.
