Pumpkin Pie

2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 can pumpkin, 2 cups
3/4 cup brown sugar or 1 cup honey
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 2/3 cup evaporated milk or light cream
1/2 cup chopped balck walnuts or add 2/3 cup chopped pecans to top

Mix ingredients in given order. Pour in to pastry shell. Bake in hot oven 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to moderate and continue baking 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
