Tuna Bake

4 cups cooked broccoli
2 cups tuna
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. paprika
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. pure monosodium glutamate (MSG)
1 cup milk
2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup american cheese

Arrange stems of cooked broccoli (cooked until just tender in salted, boiling water) in bottom of greased shallow casserole dish, stand blossoms around edge. Break tuna into fairly large pieces; place in casserole. Melt butter or margarine over low heat; blend in dry ingredients. Add milk, stir until thickened. Add soup and cheese which has been cut into small pieces. Cook slowly and stir until cheese melts. Pour over tuna. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

Given some people's sensitivity to MSG or if you don't know if your sensitive to it, you may want to omit it from the recipe.
