Peanut Butter Cookies
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Put with teaspoon on greased cookie sheet - press flat with tines of fork - bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until brown. Store air tight. Will ship well.
A note on this recipe card states to double the recipe.
