Raisin Sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup raisins
Combine the brown sugar, cornstarch and dry mustard in a saucepan. Slowly stir in the vinegar; blend well. Add lemon juice, lemon peel, water and raisins. Stir over medium heat until thick, clear, and bubbly.
