Cheater's Cherry Pie
One 8-inch double pie crust
One 21 oz. can cherry pie filling
Line pie pan with pie crust bottom. Spread filling evenly in crust. Top with vented or latice crust. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes, reduce heat to 375 degrees and continue baking for 30 to 40 minutes. Top should be golden brown.
