Cheesecake Supreme

Crust:
1 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/2 cup butter
1 egg yolk, slightly beaten
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Mix flour, sugar, and lemon peel. Cut in butter. Add egg yolk and vanilla. Bake off bottom, not sides.

Filling:
40 oz. cream cheese
1/4 tsp. vanilla
3/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 3/4 cup sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup eggs
2 egg yolks
1/4 cup whipping cream

Mix all ingredients for filling. Bake 450 degrees for 12 minutes, then 300 degrees for 55 minutes.
