Lemon Pie
1 lemon
2 egg yolks
2/3 cup sugar
3 Tbsp. flour, heaping
Mix sugar and flour, add juice of lemon and 2 egg yolks beaten, slowly add 1 cup of boiling water. Mix well and pour in pie crust and bake. Make a meringue with the two egg whites.
