Gold Pumpkin Pie

Pastry for 1 9-inch pie
3 large eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup mashed cooked pumpkin
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 cup cream
3/4 cup dark corn syrup
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger

Line 9-inch pie pan with pastry. Combine remaining ingredients and beat thoroughly with rotary beater. Pour into pie pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Serve topped with fresh whipped cream.
