Baked Salad
1 cup salmon
1 cup lobster
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup chopped pimiento
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 Tbsp. butter
1 cup fine cracker crumbs
Combine salmon, lobster, and mayonnaise. Add pimiento, onion, green pepper, celery, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Stir gently to blend. Place in greased quart casserole. Melt butter, add crumbs and stir to blend. Sprinkle crumbs over salad mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve hot.
