French Toast

2 eggs, beaten slightly
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 cup milk
6 slices bread

Mix liquid and dry ingredients in shallow dish. Dip bread (day old preferred) in mixture to moisten. Bown on both sides on greased griddle. Add fat as necessary to keep from sticking.
