Sand Tarts
1 cup butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups flour, sifted
1/2 tsp. salt (sifted together with flour)
Mix in order given. Chill dough, then roll out very thin and cut with cookie cutters. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over top. Bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees.
