Sour Cream Cole Slaw

3/4 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 Tbsp. vinegar
4 1/2 cups shredded cabbage
2 Tbsp. minced onion

Blend sour cream, seasonings and vinegar. Pour over cabbage and onion, mix well.
