Pound Cake
1 cup butter
1/2 cup crisco
5 eggs
3 cups sugar
1 cup milk
3 cups flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix in the usual manner and start in a cold oven set to 325 degrees and bake for 1 1/2 hours.
