Cranberry-Orange Nut Bread

4 cups flur
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 cups orange juice
1/2 cup salad oil
2 cups cranberries, halved
1 cup chopped nut meats
2 tsp. grated orange peel

Sift all dry ingredients together. Combine eggs, orange juice, and salad oil and add to dry ingredients just until moistened. Stir in cranberried, nut meats, and orange peel. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans and bake at 375 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes.
