Quick Chocolate Fudge
12 oz. package semi-sweet chocolate bits
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup candied cherries
Line a 9x5x3 loaf pan with waxed paper (let hang over sides slightly), butter lightly. In top of double boiler over hot, not boiling, water melt chocolate. Add milk, nuts and cherries and mix well. Turn into pan and refrigerate for several hours or until firm. To turn out of pan - grasp paper and remove fudge in one block, cut into squares.
