Bon Bon Cookies
1/2 cup soft oleo
3/4 cup sifted confectioners sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups sifted flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1 square unsweetened chocolate, melted
Mix oleo, sugar and vanilla. Blend in flour and salt thoroughly. Wrap a tablespoon of dough around a nut or cherry. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 12 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
