Orange Cheese Pie

graham cracker crust
3 tsp. unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup sugar
3 eggs, separated
6 oz. orange juice concentrate, thawed
16 oz. cottage cheese, seived
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup sour cream

Combine gelatin and sugar. Beat in 3 egg yolks. Stir in water and orange juice, heat to just boiling. Cool. Stir in cottage cheese and chill till mounds. Beat 3 egg whites; beat into egg whites. Fold in egg whites and cream into orange mixture. Chill into pie shell until set. Garnish with thin slices of orange.
