Turkey and Ranch Pot Pie
1 1/2 cups cut-up cooked turkey
1 1/2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 cup shredded Jack cheese
1/2 cup baking mix
1 (1 ounce) envelope ranch dressing mix
1 cup milk
2 eggs
Grease a 9-inch pie plate. Place turkey and mixed vegetables in pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese. In a mixing bowl, stir together baking mix, ranch dressing mix, milk and eggs until blended. Pour into pie plate. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until a knife comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes and serve.
