Wowie Cake

Sift into an ungreased 9 x 13 cake pan:

2 cups sugar
3 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup cocoa
2 tsp. soda

Add:

2 Tbsp. vinegar
2/3 cup salad oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups cold water

Stir until smooth. Bake 35 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Delicious!
