Potato Bake

Melt 1/4 cup oleo. Stir in 1 envelope onion soup mix. Cut 3 large baking potatoes, unpeeled, in 1/2 inch slices and place in baking dish. Toss with soup mix, cover dish and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
