Crispy-Coat Baked Eggs
3 cups whole wheat flakes
2 Tbsp. oleo
4 eggs
Salt & Pepper to taste
Line baking dish with flakes. Dot with oleo. Break eggs - sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
