1 lb. ricotta cheese
1 pt. sour cream
1 lb. cream cheese
1 1/2 cups sugar
6 Tbsp. flour
6 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
Mix, beating in eggs one at a time. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour, turn off oven and leave in for 1 hour more.
