Cherry Cobbler
1 can red tart pitted cherries
1 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. almond extract
few drops of red food coloring
Mix all ingredients together; place in cobbler dish lined with crust and dot mixture with 5 small slices of butter. Fold crust over mixture and bake 10 minutes at 425 degrees, then 30 to 40 minutes at 300 degrees.
