Blueberry Waffles

1 cup flour, sifted
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 egg whites stiffly beaten
3/4 cup blueberries

Sift dry ingredients together into a bowl. Beat eggs, cream and vanilla together and add to flour mixture. Beat until smooth. Fold in egg whites. Gently add blueberries. Bake on hot waffle iron.
